Types of Rendezvous Passes

We are offering several types of “Passes”.  Please take the time to read through these materials, as it will help make the registration process a lot smoother. Click on each pass to take you directly to the registration information.

Pass NameWho Should Get this Pass?
Extended ‘Vous Pass (Includes Monday) for ClimbersThis is the most comprehensive pass for experienced climbers, as it includes everything offered in the traditional ‘Vous plus a Monday full of workshops (no open climbs on Monday).
Extended ‘Vous Pass (Includes Monday) for Non-ClimbersThis pass is being offered at a discounted rate for non-climbers who are accompanying tree-climbers. This pass offers full participation in all aspects of the event except tree-climbing.
Traditional ‘Vous Pass for ClimbersThis pass is based on the traditional 3 nights/2 full days/2 half days event. It is for experienced climbers and does not include the full-day Monday workshops.
Traditional ‘Vous Pass for Non-ClimbersThis pass is being offered at a discounted rate for non-climbers who are accompanying tree-climbers. This pass offers full participation in all aspects of the Traditional ‘Vous Pass except tree-climbing.
Day Pass for ClimbersDay passes include everything scheduled that day except breakfast. Arrive at 9:30 am and enjoy open climbs, talks, dinner, etc.
Day Pass for Non-ClimbersThis pass is being offered at a discounted rate for non-climbers who are accompanying tree-climbers on a Day Pass. This pass offers full participation in all aspects of the Day Pass except tree-climbing.
Science PassPeople interested in learning about the how-to of canopy research will be able to attend a talk while having dinner and meeting climbers and scientists Sunday night. This pass also includes attending one Monday workshop.
Facilitated Climb PassThis unique pass is intended for non-climbers who would like to experience sustainable and safe tree climbing. It also includes a trip to Cedar Lakes Gardens and the conservation area followed by dinner and evening talks.
Fundraising DinnerThis unique pass is intended for non-climbers who would like to experience sustainable and safe tree climbing. It also includes a trip to Cedar Lakes Gardens and the conservation area followed by dinner and evening talks.
