Registration: We will be accepting “early bird” registrations as soon as possible. Costs are being finalized and will be available within the next few months. The previous survey was immensely helpful for us to understand people’s needs and preferences, and we are keeping those in mind as we prepare the final budget.
*Lodging: There will be a variety of lodging options (from tent camping to single occupancy rooms) and some of the accommodations will be in the nearby town of Williston, all within 10 minute driving from the main venue site. All tent sites are separate from the RV sites and are within walking distance of Two Hawk Hammock, where the meals, workshops, and presentations will take place. Some tent sites have power and all sites have access to a bathhouse facility with hot water. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, picnic tables, covered pavilions and fire rings throughout the property, All three properties (Two Hawk Hammock, Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens, and Devil’s Den) are private and adjacent. Alcohol and campfires in designated areas are permitted. Negotiations are underway to secure the best accommodation prices for our group.
Meals: Daily breakfast and dinner, with optional box lunches, will be provided during the Rendezvous. Gluten free and/or vegetarian meals are also available upon request.
Sponsorship: We welcome sponsors – whether through silent auction donations or outfitting all or part of a selected tree with gear you want to showcase during a workshop. We appreciate any and all forms of support our sponsors are willing to offer. Please contact us for more information about becoming a sponsor.
Scholarships: We provide a limited number of scholarships to qualified tree climbing candidates, to cover all or part of the Rendezvous admission fees. If you’d like to recommend a scholarship candidate or would like to be a scholarship sponsor, please contact us.
Optional Pre & Post Rendezvous Excursions: Volunteers planned a variety of Pre and Post ‘Vous activities as well as non-climbing daily activities. The survey will be open until August 15th. Answering the survey will help volunteers solidify reservations and group costs!!! Remember this trip is being planned for you.
